  • Multi-user team accounts One-user-per-account today. On the roadmap.
  • Direct credit-card payment processing We generate Venmo/Zelle pay-links instead. Card processing is on the roadmap for later this year.
  • SMS reminders sent on your behalf We draft SMS messages for you to tap-and-send. Carrier-sent SMS would mean per-message surcharges — we'd rather keep pricing flat.
  • Bulk CSV import of customers Manual entry today; bulk import lands in the next month or two.
  • Public booking page where customers self-schedule You book sessions for your customers today. Travel-aware self-booking is on the roadmap (it's harder to do well than it sounds).
  • Annual plan with a discount Monthly only for now. Annual coming once we have enough customers to justify the billing-system work.

Email, password, business name. No card, no commitment. Your account is live in seconds at {yourname}.skeditor.com.

Day 1–14

Free trial — full access

Every feature, unlimited customers, unlimited sessions. We send you a quick "how's it going?" email partway through. Reply or ignore — both are fine.

Day 12

Heads-up email

Two days before your trial ends, we email you. No tricks, no countdown banners — just "your trial ends Friday, here's how to add a card."

Day 14

Trial ends

If you've added a card, we charge $14 and you keep going seamlessly. If you haven't, your account moves to read-only — you keep your data, but new bookings pause. Add a card any time to resume. We never charge a card you didn't enter yourself.

Cancel in one click

Settings → Billing → Cancel. No phone call, no exit survey, no asking why. Your access continues to the end of the period you've already paid for. Your data is exportable as CSV, anytime, and stays in your account for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.

Pricing FAQ

The questions you'd ask before paying.

Why is there only one plan?

Because you're a solo service provider — you don't need a "team" tier or an "enterprise" tier, and we don't want to play games with which features are locked behind which price. One plan with everything included is simpler for everyone.

Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

No. You sign up with email and a password, and you have full access for 14 days. We only ask for a card if you decide to keep your account at the end of the trial.

What happens at the end of the 14-day trial?

We email you a few days before the trial ends. If you don't add a card, your account moves to read-only — you keep access to your data, but new bookings pause. Add a card any time to resume. We never charge a card you didn't enter yourself.

Can I cancel anytime? Are there refunds?

Yes, cancel anytime with one click from your billing page — no calls, no forms, no asking why. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't auto-prorate refunds, but if you cancel and feel something went wrong, email support@vizualsite.com — we'll make it right.

Are there any per-booking, per-customer, or per-SMS fees?

No. $14/month is the full price. Unlimited customers, unlimited sessions, unlimited reminder emails, unlimited pay-link SMS drafts. Nothing meters.

Is there an annual plan or a discount for paying upfront?

Not yet. We only have monthly billing today, because we'd rather you stay because the product earns it each month. An annual option (with a small discount) is on the roadmap once we have enough customers to justify the billing-system work.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them ourselves.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays in your account for 90 days, in case you change your mind. You can also export a CSV copy at any time from Settings. After 90 days of inactivity it's permanently deleted. We never sell your or your customers' data.

Can my team share an account?

Right now, the Solo plan is one-user-per-account. Multi-user accounts are on the roadmap. If you need them today, write to support — we may be able to help informally.

Will the price ever go up?

We may raise prices for new customers in the future as we add features. Existing customers will keep their original price for at least 12 months from any price change, and we'll always email you well in advance.
